hola tengo una pc con windows xp y pues le entro al precer un virus que me abre una ventana de internet mostrandome ring tones y no c que otras cosas mas el titulo dice "ring tones universe" y pues me abre muchas de estas paginas me abre una cada minuto mas o menos y pues es incomodo que me aparezcan estas ventanas y quisiera saber como puedo eliminar ese virus
nota: ya le pase el spy bot-search and destroy y tambien el adaware pero este ulitimo al quierer eliminar los problemas se traba y no los elimina ahorita le estoy pasando el panda active scan y pues quisiera saber si alguien me podria decir que virus es y como c puede eliminar
este virus tambien me abre unas ventanas donde dice que mi pc podria estar infectada con un spyware y me dice que le pique en el anuncio para que pueda comprar el producto
alquien que me pudiera apoyar sobre este virus muchas gracias de antemano | |

Pega también el informe que te saque el scan que estás haciendo ahora

Cierra todos los programas y en el HijackThis marca las siguientes entradas y después las eliminas utilizando la opción Fix checked

En agregar/quitar programas desinstala estos si los tienes:

Elimina los siguientes archivos (Debes de tener la opción mostrar todos los archivos y carpetas habilitada en opciones de carpeta):
se.dll
sp
En el registro busca y elimina cualquier entrada que lleve esos nombres y esta se.dll,DllInstall
Busca esta carpeta y eliminala:
C:\Program Files\AutoUpdate\AutoUpdate.exe
Pasa el easycleaner de nuevo para eliminar los archivos y entradas de registro innecesarias.
Reinicia, vuelve a pasar todos los programas de nuevo y nos cuentas.

Rahel hice lo que me dijiste y pues lo unico que no c pudo hacer fue encontrar se.dll y sp y por consiguiente no eliminarlo
el virus sigue en mi maquina ahi un programa que se autoinstala llamado: "click me" acompañado de ventanas que se auto abren de internet y con mensajes de internet explorer que dicen :
"do you want to use the DerBiz service? click ok,click when prompted" y otro que dice que activex no esta activado o algo asi y que la pagina no c podra ver bien
y aveces acompañado de reinicios
tambien le pase el easy cleaner como me habias dicho pero el virus o algo no permitio que se eliminara por completo lo que el easycleaner detecto
que puedo hacer?¿?¿ | |
