Bueno camaradas como no encontre respuesta aqui desafortunadamente pero de todos modos gracias y me siento comprometido a dar la respuesta y como la encontre, me comunique via inglish al global tecnical service de Gigabyte y esto es lo que pregunte y me respondieron:

Question : sorry my inglish is no good, i have search the way to install my graphic card pci, is not pci express , in the bios is not exist option for activate pci, how can for install video card pci is the question, iam turn crazy thanks for any help. Mi graphic card is radeon 9250-256mb and i not want recicle her. thank is information very importan this for me .thank other time more xd

Answer : Dear Sir,
Thank you for your kindly mail and inquiry. About the issue you mentioned, please check INIT FIRST DISPLAY option in BIOS setup program later. If you can't find the option, please kindly press DEL key while system POST to run BIOS setup program. When you see the BIOS MAIN MENU, please press CTRL+F1 key to enable advanced BIOS setup features. If success, the screen will flicker, then you will find more options in the BIOS later.
