Características: Windows XP Home, 1 gb de memoria velocidad 1,73.
muy buenas!!!tengo un problema un poco pesado...es el about:blank(que deja la primera pag de internet en blanco y no se puede navegar)..aunque si , lo tengo en el mozilla,y no consigo quitarlo...aunque desinstalando el mozilla,vuelve cada vez que lo reinstalo..eso significa que etsa metido dentro del ordenador..y ademas ultimamente se me apaga el ordenador cuando le da la gana..no se si esta relacionado.
podeis ayudarme??tengo el kasper como antivirus ,ademas le he puesto unos programitas..ad aware y adware away aunque no lo quitan.

Hola antoserio
- Reinicia en Modo a prueba de fallos o Modo seguro.
-analiza el sistema con estos programas:
*Spybot Search & Destroy
*Ad-Aware
.-Haz un chequeo con los antivirus online
*KaspersKy
*Ewido
- Haz una limpieza del sistema (registro y temporales) usando:
*RegSeeker
*DiskCleaner
Si aún así no has solucionado el problema, usa HijackThis (De este último programa puedes pegar el log aquí. Usando la opción \"Do a systema scan and save logfile\".

muchas gracias ruedas por tu respuesta...lo que me dijiste es lo que ya intente hacer...de hecho a prueba de fallos me funciona todo pero una vez que vuelvo a la configuracion normal es como si no hubiese borrado nada,..te mando mi log de hijac this aver si veis algo...

1.- Apaga "Restaurar Sistema".
2.- Reinicia en Modo seguro.
Con todos los programas cerrados, abre -HijackThis- con la opcion "Do a system scan only", marca las siguientes entradas y haz click en "Fix Checked"
