Mi pc se reinicia - Errores BCCode y Minidump

Características: Windows XP Profesional, 512MB DDR2 (533) - Dual Core 2.66GHz - HD 160GB SATA.

Antes que nada: disculpen lo extenso del mensaje, quiero darles la mayor cantidad de información que pueda para que les sea mas facil ayudarme.

Desde hace una semana aproximadamente tengo el siguiente problema con mi computadora:

Al estar usandola (puede ser por un período corto, o largo) se reinicia sola. Luego, al cargar nuevamente windows, me aparece un error (no siempre es el mismo) de BCCode y además se genera un Minidump (tengo dos ya). Buscando por internet al parecer el error de BCCode podría ser de memoria (tengo 512MB DDR2 533 Kingston) asi que me bajé el memtest86 y lo corrí aproximadamente durante 1 hora y 10 minutos, pero no detectó ningun error.

Como no se bien que sucede recurro a ustedes en busca de ayuda. A fin de facilitarles información les dejo los siguientes links con capturas de pantalla de los errores:

Comentarios adicionales: No había instalado ningún programa, ni cambiado nada de hardware en el PC.

Mira... los problemas que tienes son causados por un archivo temporal, así que procura limpiar los temporales con regularidad.

Bájate el programa Ccleaner que hace ese trabajo. es gratuito y en español, así que no creo que tengas problemas.

Después, consigue el Hijackthis, (Lo guardas en una carpeta cualquiera, pero debe ser exclusiva para éste programa y no deberá ser borrado, así que procura ponerlo en un lugar seguro)
Lo ejecutas y le das donde dice: Do a system scan and save a log file
Te generará un archivo de texto. Copias su contenido y lo posteas aqui para que sea analizado

Es curioso que justo me recomiendes ese programa (el CCleaner) porque lo uso hace bastante tiempo (siempre me pareció práctico y liviano). Por eso me llama la atención que me digas que el problema se debe a algun temporal (de hecho también tengo activada la opción del Internet Explorer de que vacie la carpeta de temporales cuando se cierre el explorador.

Cierra todos los programas. Ejecuta el HijackThis (Do a system scan only y marca las siguientes entradas, después las eliminas utilizando la opción Fix checked

Hola, to tengo un problema semejante. Desde el dia 30 de diciembre el pc se me reinicia solo y no se por que. Es el mismo problema que lucien. M gustaria saber si han dado con su problema o si debo postear los resultados del Hijackthis para darles mas informacion, gracias
