y lo ejecutas con doble clic
y problema resulto

Hola patan, he probado el archivo que enviastes. Lo he ejecutado y he reiniciado el equipo, pero no hemos conseguido nada, sigo sin iconos.

Hola a todos.
Ya he resuelto el problema. Hice un buen limpia del registro (no sin hacer antes una copia de seguridad, por si acaso) con el Regcleaner, y al reiniciar el equipo, hay estaba mi escritorio con todos mis iconos, tal y como estaba antes.
