El problema que tengo es el siguiente; cada vez que recibo un correo que contiene un archivo de video e intento abrirlo, me sale el siguiente mensaje
Windows Media Player Error Message Help
You've encountered error message C00D1198 while using Windows Media Player. The following information might help you troubleshoot the issue.
Cannot connect to the server
Windows Media Player cannot connect to the server hosting the content you want to play. This error message may occur for one of the following reasons:
The name of the Windows Media server is not valid. If you typed a Uniform Resource Locator (URL) address in the Open URL dialog box, be sure the file name is spelled correctly and the path to the file is correct, and then try again. If you clicked a link on a Web page, clicking the link again may fix the problem.
The Windows Media server is busy, and is not accepting new connections. Try to connect to the server at a later time.
The proxy server settings for Windows Media Player are not configured properly. Verify that your proxy server settings are correct.
To verify your proxy server settings
On the Tools menu, click Options, click the Network tab, and then verify your settings in the Proxy settings area.
Note If you do not know what your proxy server settings should be, on the Network tab, select a protocol, click Configure, and then select one of the following options:
Autodetect proxy settings
Use proxy settings of the Web browser (available for HTTP protocol only)
A ver si alguien me pude ayudar y me dice que debo hacer . Muchas gracias. Saludos
