Todos mis problemas surgieron desde que instalé el daemon tools para jugar con un juego versión pirata. En las instrucciones para activar el juego en cuestión decía:
Installation Instructions:
1. Download the program called "Daemon Tools". Here's a link for the download (Version 3.47): http://www.daemon-tools.cc/dtcc/portal/dow...=Download&id=34
2. Now, install the program.
3. After the installation finishes, you'll have to unblacklist your virtual drives (Daemon Tools), for the game to work.
4. If you didn't do it before, here are the instructions to doing that (written here only for the Daemon Tools program):
5. Press "start" > then "run" > then type "regedit" > and finally press ENTER.
6. From there, enter here: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Enum\Root\SYSTEM.
7. Afterwards, under SYSTEM you will see the numbers "0000", "0001", "0002", "0003" and furthermore. Now, press on any of those numbers, and check on any of them if you see the word "DeviceDesc" with the combination of the phrase "PnP BIOS Extension", next to it.
8. Remember on which of the numbers you found the word "DeviceDesc" with the combination of the phrase "PnP BIOS Extension", next to it.
9. Now, after you found on which conjunction of numbers (for example: "0002") those two things appear together, press on it (the folder of the numbers) with the right mouse button.
10. After that, click on "Permission".
11. Then, click on SYSTEM, under the "Security" label, in the new window the opened.
12. After you do that, you will see some things down the window. Among them, the word "Read".
13. Near this word, you should see the boxes "Allow" and "Deny".
14. Press on the "Deny" box.
15. Afterwards, apply the new settings and do a restart to your PC.
16. Now you've unblocklisted your virtual driver (of Daemon Tools).
17. Now we'll start with the Daemon Tools program. After you installed it, open it of course and then you'll see a red thunderbolt in your taskbar (where the computer watch is located).
18. Now click the right mouse button on it.
19. After that, scroll the mouse over the word "Emulation", and then press on "All options ON".
20. Afterwards, click the right mouse button on the program again, which now has a green color.
21. Scroll the mouse over to "Virtual CD/DVD-ROM" > then to "Device 0: [G:] No media (where "G" stands for the letter of your virtual drive, and can be any letter unused).
22. In the new opened window, go into the folder "MiNi-Image", which is found on the first disc (this disc of course...).
23. From there, scroll the mouse over to the button of the window.
24. Change "Files of type" to "All files (*.*)".
25. Afterwards, the last step is just to choose the file named "CD2-MiNi-Image.mir" in there.
Y yo creo que a partir de ahí, se me fastidió la configuración del hardware. Desde entonces, me sale un icono que dice hardware nuevo instalado, unidad de CD. En concreto entra a funcionar el services.exe, que ocupa el 50% del uso de la CPU. Desinstalé el daemon tools, hice todos los pasos anteriores a la inversa, pero nada... no hay manera. No se trata de ningún problema de virus ni nada porque ya he pasado millones de veces TODO tipo de antivirus.
A todo esto, las dos unidades de dvd que tengo (una lectora y otra grabadora) funcionan correctamente.

Hola amigo...No entiendo mucho lo que pone ahi arriba sobre la activacion del juego, y por lo tanto no se si eso te ha hecho algun daño.
Lo que si se es que el Daemon tools te crea unidades virtuales de cd, que es la que dices que no deja de aparecerte.
A mi me paso que una vez desinstalado el daemon la unidad me seguia apareciendo cada vez que reiniciaba el Pc aunque la hubiera desinstalado antes,Lo que hice fue eliminar directamente los drivers que habia instalado el daemon para esa unidad virtual, y el problema de la unidad de cd me desaparecio.
Lo de el services.exe no se que es.
No se si lo de antes te servira de ayuda, un saludo | |
