Problemas en unidad DVD rw |

| Todo partio desde que se me ocurrio abrir el portatil para verificar una posible limpieza, pero no hice nada, estaba bien. de vuelta, al encenderlo no inicia. al prenderlo otra vez "reparar Windows" se posesiona del equipo intentando dar punto restauración el cual no fue posible ni en opciones avanzadas. el problema es un error en el disco D. finalmente, con opciones avanzadas pude iniciar normalmente entre y eche un vistazo al disco D (unidad DVD rw) según el informe tiene virus, el problema " error: el dispositivo no esta listo. (21) " el antivirus reporta: archivos/carpetas examinados: 1 / cantidad de datos examinados : 0,0B /archivos infectados: 0 / PD:incluso en "modo seguro" intente analizar, pero sigue bloqueado (unidad DVD rw). que hago? gracias! | ¿es posible que se haya dañado la unidad al desarmar el portátil o no esté funcionado bien?, desconectala completamente y trata de operar con el portatil a ver si aparece algún otro error, si tiene algún disco dentro extraelo también

| Si la desinstalo como la recupero nuevamente? es la unidad DVD que viene instalada de fabrica, disculpa soy novato en computadores, sobre la unidad DVD no solo he intentado pasar antivirus, también limpiar su disco, el espacio libre pero sigue bloqueada con el mensaje : \ "algunos archivos no pudieron ser analizados\ " error: el dispositivo no esta listo (21). bueno, ojala encuentre pronta solución | ||

| ¿estas tratando de pasar el antivirus sin que tenga ningun disco dentro?

| Así es, pues como lo expuse en el 1° post el equipo me detecta virus en esa unidad, y aún siquiera en modo seguro corre el análisis pues se bloquea al tratar de efectuarlo | ||

| Como verán continúan los problemas y ya sin duda me parece estos se remiten a mi primer posteo. les doy el sgte dato. ayer mientras usaba Firefox este se colgaba y sonaba mas de normal el procesador, al rato se abre la ventana Windows update informando de una actualización contra spyware, esta venia en ingles, me pareció raro, no la abrí. al momento de apagar el equipo Windows actualiza pidiendo no apague el equipo pero este se apago de igual manera (en el mismo caso otras ocasiones no se apaga y actualiza) bueno, lo prendo de nuevo, voy a Windows update voy a buscar actualizaciones y no las hay, el equipo esta actualizado. el problema de fondo. ni en modo seguro puedo desbloquear unidad Dvd para analizar. gracias! estaré atento a su ayuda . | ||

| La unidad de dvd física es imposible que tenga virus. ¿seguro que la unidad D es el dvd? qué virus te dice que tiene?
pega un log de hijackthis en modo normal, descarga la version hijackthis2.0.4(espera a que salga la ventana donde te pida guardar), lo instalas, ejecutas y pulsa “do a system scan and save a log”, se te abrirá un fichero txt, el contenido del cual debes copiar al portapapeles (ctrl c) y pegas a continuación(ctrl v). (Obtener el log del Hijackthis) | ||

tambien veo que tienes un programa que oculta ficheros, --IsMyWinLockerReboot --, ¿lo has instalado voluntariamente? es posible que sea lo que indica el compañero, que algo (la propia unidad) se haya dañado al manipular. puedes probar con un cd live de ubuntu (http://www.ubuntu.com/download/desktop), sin instalar puedes usar todo el hardware desde el cd, y asi se descartan cosas. saludos [Mensaje editado por Moderador swissman con fecha: 29/12/2013 13:52:49]. | ||

| Puedes ser, en algún momento ocupe un antivirus online pudo haber sido ese pero si borro algo nunca dio reporte de su servicio. sobre \ "IsMyWinLockerReboot\ " si te refieres a la aplicación \ "msiexec.exe\ ". su descripción = Windows Installer. en su info yendo a: propiedades > general> tanto en \ "creado modificado y último acceso\ " data del 2010. debe ser parte del sistema, en todo caso si esta activada yo no lo hice. que debo hacer? ok, sobre este reporte, también lo pase por su propia pagina (HijackThis) para ti no son de cuidado, para ellos el 99% de los \ "svchost.exe\ " son peligrosos los tienen marcados en cruz roja. como ves quisiera seguridad para proceder y no cometer errores. para después de este paso instalar Ubuntu ya que su instalación incluye grabar \ "grabar disco\ " en mi caso procesos nada de gratos. como dato a agregar, me faltan Dlls compartidas borradas por Ccleaner, puede haya registros borrados pero si los hay no se como averiguar cuales faltan o como restaurarlos o si son responsables de todo este embrollo. mientras la unidad DVD sigue bloqueada, por las dudas analice el disco duro en busca de errores y nada todo bien. hoy nuevamente se colgaron Firefox y el Explorer ayer un aviso falso de Spyware. bueno, he ahí mis dudas | ||

| Antes que nada, comentarte que no por que envíes privados a los moderadores, en este caso a mi, tu problema será resuelto más prontamente,
Segundo, para que un antivirus te diga que hay virus en la unidad de DVD, forzosamente tienes que tener un disco con información o un programa que simule una unidad de disco y tengas montada una imagen iso o similar, Tercero si has borrado cosas que no sabes con el ccleaner no hay vuelta atrás la solución es formatear Cuarto svchost.exe no siempre son virus, de hecho un sistema recién formateado y sin instalar otra cosa que no sea el windows tendrá esos procesos, y no uno sino varios Y por último quiero decir que cuando se hacen varias consultas en un mismo foro o diferentes foros es probable que o tengas varias soluciones buenas o varias malas y sólo una buena, pero estarías adivinando cual es la que vale, te sugiero te centres en un solo foro y un solo hilo, Además la aplicación que menciona swissman no tiene nada que vez con msiexec esto es una firma: Si quieres ver volar tu Windows 2000. avienta la computadora por la ventana. :D | ||

| Eso es lo extraño nunca he instalado un disco físico en la unidad DVD. he creado discos virtuales para juegos, queda uno me anda bien pero ahora que lo recuerdo su disco virtual desapareció después de eliminar Daemon Tools. de ser ese juego que se traslado a la unidad DVD le he pasado antivirus y funciona normalmente. bueno, ese es el único que tengo los demás los he desinstalado. por lo mismo se lo hacia saber a Swissman para saber contrastar opinión como también la tuya y tener mejor información, el único foro donde posteo es este, en HijackThis aproveche la ocasión de analizar. como tengo que adivinar, ¿si desinstalo la unidad DVD y a posterior reinstalar para ver si se desbloquea, podría funcionar, o el hacerlo provocaría algún problema al equipo? aunque eso quizás no resuelva parte del problema. estimados Megatron-Swissman. cualquier ayuda de su parte es bienvenida, gracias de todos modos | ||

| Haz comentado el uso de daemon tools, cuando pasaste el antivirus no tenías montada alguna unidad o iso? Es más probable que los tuvieras y dos esos isos como los obtienes? esto es una firma: Si quieres ver volar tu Windows 2000. avienta la computadora por la ventana. :D | ||
