Pierdo la conexión a internet todos los días a la misma hora. |

Acer aspire 5741Z Pierdo la conexión a internet todos los días a la misma hora, si bien sigo teniendo señal de red wifi y otros programas con conexión de red siguen funcionando bien. - No es problema del router (otros ordenadores no sufren este problema) - He probado varios navegadores - He creado los archivos \ \ "DhcpConnDisableBcastFlagToggle\ \ " y \ \ "DhcpConnForceBroadcastFlag\ \ " en la carpeta interfaces - He pasado varios antivirus y rastreadores de troyanos - He restaurado el sistema a punto anterior. Sólo me queda formatear pero querría intentar toda solución posible antes de esta solución drástica. Gracias |

| Te resta reinstalar los drivers de la tarjeta de red, buscar actualizaciones desde la pagina de acer
ya que si esto no funciona sería descartar la tarjeta de red, poniendo otra tarjeta usb la otra opción es como dices formatear, si sigue haciendo lo mismo se descarta todo lo relacionado a software dejando el hardware como responsable, ahi si tendrias que conseguir otra tarjeta de red no se que opines Esto es una firma Realiza las preguntas de manera clara proporcionando toda la información posible usando un lenguaje claro. | Buenos días \ 'Nacho_Rdz\ ', gracias por la prontitud en la respuesta.
No es un problema de la tarjeta red, tengo red y hasta una hora determinada del día también internet, de hecho, ahora mismo escribo conectado sin problemas aparentes (a partir de la 13:30-14:00 dejaré de porder conectarme a internet, aunque siga teniendo red en otros programas). Como comentaba al principio, la red wifi funciona perfectamente (otros ordenadores no sufren este problema) e intuyo que es un problema de intruso (virus), pero no consigo encontrar nada. | ||

La clave está en que me conecto a internet con normalidad hasta una determinada hora, por lo que no es problema con ningún filtro o cortafuegos. | ||

| No es un problema de red. Otros ordenadores de la red local se conectan sin problemas en las horas en las que yo pierdo la conexión, e insisto, pierdo conexión a internet pero no señal de red wifi, puesto que otros programas siguen funcionando. | ||

por lo que dices no es problema del internet o del router ya que los otros equipos funcionan, esl problema esta en tu equipo. solo hay 2 cosas por lka que un pc no funciona, hardware o software para descartar software puedes hacer varias cosas, revisar de virus (segun ya lo hiciste), reinstalar o actualizar drivers de red, revisar confirguracion de red como cambiar el nombre de grupo de trabajo y el nombre de equipo, así poner direcciones ip fijas usando la misma direccion ip que te da o usando otra; o formatear y reinstalar windows en cuanto a hardware esta la opción de usar otra tarjeta de red, pensando que el problema es tu tarjeta en problema esta en tu equipo y no hay configuración que te deje sin navegar ciertas horas del dia si existe esa opcion, pero depende del router, que tenga esa opcion, que otra persona administre ese router, y esas opciones se configiran mediante direccion ip o mac, o sea que deben entrar también en tu equipo esto implica varios factores como ves, por eso opto por que tu equipo tiene una falla en la tarjeta de red Esto es una firma Realiza las preguntas de manera clara proporcionando toda la información posible usando un lenguaje claro. | Pues sí, tengo claro que el problema es de mi equipo, e intuyo que de algún troyano o virus similar, la cuestión es que no lo encuentra ningún rastreador o antivirus y tampoco tengo los conocimientos informáticos necesarios como para saber donde afecta cuando actúa.
No debe ser un problema de hadware en tanto en cuanto puedo conectarme a determinadas horas y además la red siempre existe en otros programas no navegadores. Hoy no he perdido la conexión antes de cerrar el equipo (sobre las 14:45), si vuelve a ocurrime lo único que se me ocurre es mirar las direcciones Ip y DNS entonces, por si hubieran variado y esa fuera la causa (puesto que actualmente están en automático). | Por si quieres hacer una limpieza:
Inicia tu pc en modo seguro con conexiones de red y pasa algún antivirus actualizado on-line desinstala todas las toolbar y programas que ya no uses (si hay) desde agregar o quitar programas. descarga y actualiza los siguientes programas y los vas pasando uno tras otro, un par de veces cada uno: Malwarebytes\ ' Anti-Malware 1.3 Spyware Doctor 6 jv16 PowerTools 2008 Spybot cwshredder.exe ad-aware SUPERAntiSpyware Ccleaner (limpiar temporales y registro) Reinicia, arranca en modo normal, descarga la version 2.0.4 Hijackthis ( http://free.antivirus.com/hijackthis/ ), lo instalas, ejecutas y pulsa “do a system scan and save a log”, se te abrirá un fichero txt, el contenido del cual debes copiar al portapapeles (ctrl c) y pegas a continuación(ctrl v). Kaspersky no ha encontrado nada, pero he advertido que se me ha cambiado el reloj del ordenador sólo (de hora doble a hora simple) y los últimos días ya no pierdo la conexión aunque se me ha ralentizado y a veces los programas se quedan bloqueados (no responde), por lo que parece claro que el problema es un virus, pero no logro encontrarlo. Ahora mismo estoy pasándole el Superantispyware y de momento detecta 73 amenazas (cooquies). | ||

Una cosa más. No se si fruto de la exhaustiva limpieza o como acción del supuesto virus, ahora no puedo descargarme archivos de las aplicaciones google, entre ellas el correo gmail. Esto no ocurre con otros servidores de correo en los que puedo hacerlo sin problemas. Gracias \ 'pani7\ ', yo había reestablecido los valores de la configuración de seguridad y nada, pero al reestablecer la configuración general de internet explorer estabas en lo cierto, solucionado. Lástima no tener tanta suerte para la pérdida de conexión, creo que, haciendo un silogismo con la solución del problema anterior, np tendré más remedio que formatear y reestblecer windows. Debo hacerme ahora con un cd de instalación. Un saludo | ||

| Tengo un sistema domotico desde el que puedo accionar dispositivos desde dispositivos IOS y Android mediante un interface KNX - IP y lo he montado en cientos de sitios y funciona tanto por wifi local como en remoto atacando IP Publica o DynDNS.
