No puedo instalar audio en mi pc... ayuda por favor.

Mi pc estaba funcionando cuando hubo un apagon y al reiniciar mi pc ya no tenía audio. ya he instalado controlador realtek c97 y sigo sin tener audio, aqui les adjunto el informe de everest de mi pc, para ver si alguien me puede ayudar a encontrar el controlador de audio de mi pc.

Hola buenas, tendrías que ir probando cosas, asegúrate de que los drivers que tienes instalados son los de tu placa base y vuelva a reinstalarlos, si el problema persiste puedes hacer alguna comprobación de tu altavoces y comprobar de no haber ningún cable suelto y verificar que funcionan, si después de hacer esa comprobación el problema persiste es la tarjeta de sonido quemada.
