hola amigos tengo un problemon con la maquina...me he quedado sin audio, pero no encuentro la solucion, esto paso
*apagaron la pc desde el boton del cpu y se dejo de escuchar al volver a entrar a windows
*no salio la bocina para subir el volumen y en sonido de panel de control no habia ningun dispositivo encontrado
*en el administrador de tareas, en la seccion de sonido no hay ningun signo de interrogacion, ni en el controlador de bus de microsoft uaa para high definition audio
*me fui a servicios y en audio de windows: lo detuve, lo inicie y reinicie
*en el bios deshabilite, habilite y puse en automatico el sonido y nada
*no logro identificar mi tarjeta de audio en el everest, le pase el driver genius y no me los bajo
*abri el cpu y no hay ningun daño visible en la tarjeta
*he bajado muchos drivers de conexant y de realtek y nada
si alguien me puede ayudar por favor!!!!!

Hola jerrod1. Lo que yo creo realmente que le paso a tu PC fue que se le daño o borro el driver de audio..
Sii no sabes de que te estoy hablando te explico .
El driver de audio es un controlador que necesita el windows para reproducir,escuchar cualquier sonido....
Lo único que tienes que hacer es buscar el driver de tu tarjeta madre y instalarlo en tu PC.
en algunas ocasiones los drivers vienen con la tarjeta madre que compraste.
busca en youtube como instalar drivers es muy fácil.
Bueno soy un chamo al cual le gusta ayudar a la gente pero también le gustaría ser ayudado no?
Tengo conocimientos en:
visual basic
mantenimiento de PCs
Instalación de windows
Creación de servidores Wifi o lan
Creación de webs con tecnología SQL y MySql
A lo unico q no le meto es al lenguaje C todavia estoy aprendiendo XD | |

Por lo que puedo ver en el informe del Everest, tu equipo es un Compaq o un HP.
Pincha AQUI para ir a la página de soporte de HP/Compaq.
En la página que se abre, selecciona la opción: Descargar controladores y software y debajo escribe el modelo exacto de tu equipo. Pulsa la tecla Enter y te llevará a la página de descargas. Selecciona tu sistema operativo, descargas el controlador (driver) y lo instalas, a ver si se soluciona el problema.

pues ya me meti a la pagina de hp.. que tambien esta con los modelos Compaq
que es la sr5015la... lo baje y nada.... hasta baje los codecs de audio para todos los sistemas operativos que habia... dije "igual y jala" y nada :(
