Acer aspire 5000, Windows XP, Procesador AMD Turion64, 380MB de ram y 90GB dd
desde hace unas semanas mi compu presento un problema con el windows media player, el cual no se ejecutaba, de ahi lo desinstale y quise instalarlo nuevamente y no me lo permitia, de ahi me di cuenta que ningun otro programa se puede instalar (ni actualizaciones de programas como el adobe reader) ya he intentado en modo seguro y nada, también otras funciones estan afectadas como el que no pueda restaurar el sistema (tan solo aparece una ventana pero esta en blanco) también si quisiera cambiar en panel de control algun usuario no hace nada, y varias cositas asi que no dejan que este bien mi compu, nada de esto funciona de modo normar y en modo seguro, ya la he escaneado con dif. antiviurs y no hay nada. Si alguien supiera orientarme para no tener que formatearla se lo agradecería... cabe mencionar que las cosas base como internet, office son las unicas que se ejecutan como siempre sin ningun inconveniente...

Hola leogz. Descargá de la sección programas el HijackThis, lo instalas y ejecutas la opción "Do a system scan and save a log file", el reporte que te genera lo copiás y pegás en el post para que un moderador autorizado lo analice.Saludos

tambien comentanos la manera en la que desinstalaste el media player
tres cosas que debes hacer, al que te responde alguna pregunta.

gracias por la ayuda el modo de que lo desintale fues desde agregar o quitar programas... ya analice con el programa de me recomendaste y esto me genero..

aunque veo que no lo usas, intenta actualizar el iexplorer.
