Hola, en mi ordenador pone que no hay dispositivo de audio ni sonido desde ayer que estuve "limpiando" los programas. He descargado este informe en Everest:

En Everest, en la pestaña de multimedia audio de windows y no hay nada, parece que no tengo tarjeta. En la pestaña de multimediano audio PCI/Pcn está el Realtek ALC262 @ Intel 82801GBM ICH7-M - High Definition Audio Controller [B-0] PCI. He probado ha descargármelo pero sigo sin sonido y con el mismo mensaje de no hay dispositivo de audio.
Alguíen me puede ayudar?
