Windows Vista un pentium dual core de 4 gb de ram, 1000 gb d.duro.
Desde hace un par de días el ordenador cada cierto tiempo se reinicia solo y al encenderse me pone que windows se cerro inesperadamente. He pasado el norton y el spybot y me localizan troyanos pero una vez borrados me sigue haciendo lo mismo. Tengo el windows vista. Me podrías decir qué puedo hacer?

Lo mas probable es que Windows encontro un error, ocasionado por algun virus o hardware en mal estado y este encuentra un error y se sale para evitar daños.
Te recomiendo que pases algun antivirus online, tu antivirus convencional, ccleaner, y varias herrmamientas mas.

Acabo de pasar todos los programas antes citados en modo seguro. El Panda en modo normal no hay manera, cada vez que lo ejecuto se apaga el ordenador.

A good thing to do after version updates is clear your Ignore list and re-add them, as the format of detected items sometimes changes.

no sé que has pegado, pero no es eso.
lo ejecutas y pulsa “do a system scan and save a log”, se te abrirá un fichero txt, el contenido del cual debes copiar al portapapeles y pegas a continuación. | |
