tienes sonido correcto? si tienes los cd de drivers, desinstala los drivers de audio, pasa ccleaner y regcleaner, reinicia y pegas el log, o bien prueba a actualizar los drivers de sonido desde l web oficial. el log no he visto nada malo, pero parece que falten archivos del sonido. tambien puedes quitar de inicio algunas cosas que no son necesarias que arranquen con el pc
